Dear Teachers,
We invite you to enter your students in the 2026 Coronation Music Festival. Please review our website for information at coronationmusicfestival.com
The Coronation Music Festival subscribes to the festival classes and rules as printed in the Provincial Syllabus, available at albertamusicfestival.org There is also a link on our website. Teachers are responsible for knowing and adhering to the rules governing Local Festivals in the Provincial Syllabus. We also have Local Addendums listed in the syllabus tab of the website. For any registration questions or entries that do not quite fit with the suggested classes, please contact Brenda Brigley at 403-575-0086.
All entries must be entered through our website and can be accessed through http://www.coronationmusicfestival.com/home.htmlor directly with the registration website https://coromf.musicfestivalsuite.com/
If this is your first time at Coronation Music Festival, you and your family/students will need to create profiles on the registration website. There are great tips sheets available, a link to them is under the Entry Form tab.
All folks with profiles must approve the photo consent before registrations will be permitted.
Good news for schoolteachers- we have added some classroom poetry solo sections that will enable you to enter your student solos, without needing an individual profile for each of them. Please connect with Brenda to learn more about this new local addendum.
Coronation Music Festival is proud to send students to Provincials each year and therefore we pay for ½ of the entry fee. Our small festival has made big impressions at the provincial level.
2026 Tentative Schedule:
Piano and Strings Classes: Monday – Wednesday, March 9 – 11, 2026
Dance- Thursday-Sunday, March 12-15, 2026
Vocal, Speech, and School Classes: Monday – Wednesday, March 16 – 18, 2026
Final Concert: March 24, 2026
Entry Fees
Solo Classes - $10 per entry, Duets and Trios $15 per entry and Groups $20 per entry.
Classroom Poetry Solos- $5 per student
