Rules of the Festival

The Coronation Music Festival subscribes to the festival rules and classes as printed in the Provincial Syllabus. 

 Teachers and students are responsible for knowing and adhering to the rules governing Local Festivals in the Provincial Syllabus.

Under no circumstances should the teacher, performer or the general public, go to the adjudicator’s table or approach the adjudicator until completion of all performances.

There is to be no talking during performances or adjudications, nor will any person be allowed to enter or leave the performance hall at those times.

All cancellations must be reported to the Festival Office as soon as possible.
